COOL

COin Order Liaison -- or "COOL" -- is/was a group of cachers in the Utah Association of Geocachers (UTAG) who grouped together to form a small geocoin buying club. The group was formed around July 2005, but judging by the legend on this geocoin the group no longer exists and issued this geocoin as a farewell project. It's a neat geocoin, and the word "cool" -- which includes the owl's eyes -- glows in the dark.
