Quebec 2007 (Gold)
This is the 2007 issue from L'Association Géocaching Québec. The reverse features Côte-Nord, which is a region in the province. The name means "North Shore" and this region -- the second largest in the province -- stretches along most of the northern shore of the St. Lawrence river. It was a part of Labrador until 1966. Anticosti Island is part of this area.
I have no idea what "Manic-5" is, or what the dam is and the association's geocoin page gives no clues.
