Northern Right Whale

This Northern Right Whale geocoin was part of a sea series put out by Dorkfish.

Back in '93 I was getting on an old fishing boat on Grand Manan Island in the Bay of Fundy to go look at some whales, and learned from the captain that we had missed a giant Right Whale orgy just the day before. Imagine being in a small fishing boat in the middle of several dozen whales thrashing about in a sexual frenzy. The captain was at first amazed, then almost crapped himself when he realized they were in imminent danger of being smashed to pieces, so he got the hell out of there. Still, I would have liked to see that.
