Oshndoc (Gold)

This beautiful geocoin was created by Oshndoc, a scientist who has participated in the U.S. Antarctic Program. The obverse features a beautifully detailed relief map of the continent, with the three stations of the USAP shown along with the coordinates. On the reverse we have a exceptional depiction of everybody's favourite flightless bird, the penguin. I am very pleased to have been able to trade with Oshndoc for a set of his wonderful geocoins. This antique gold version was added due to popular demand after the other four finishes were traded and sold out very quickly.
