This geocoin was issued for a geocaching event in the Netherlands. Now, this looks like my kind of event! A poffertjes is a kind of mini pancake, except sweeter and softer and served with icing sugar and butter. Yummmmm. I wish this event wasn't over 6,000 km from my home coordinates! To make these little treats, you need a special pan, and, you guessed it... the geocoin represents one of these pans.
