When I first came across this geocoin, I had no idea what it meant. Now I know: lifting the skirts on light posts to find micro caches underneath. This nice large geocoin has a glow in the dark lamp and glow in the dark happy faces. I actually found one of these geocoins in a local Travel Bug cache, and logged it before I secured this specimen for myself.
