This is the personal geocoin of dookie2000ca, a Calgary, Alberta geocacher. It was issued in 2007. Says Dookie: "Mercury (or Jimmy as well call him) is the mascot of the Canadian Signals branch and is the messenger of the gods. The latin text above him says "From Semaphore to Satellites" and the lower text reads "Swift, Skilled, Alert" which are our mottos.
